I’m Rahul Adhikari, a certified Health Coach and fitness professional with more than a decade of experience helping people transform their bodies and lifestyles. What started as a personal passion for fitness has now grown into a mission—guiding others to achieve strength, confidence, and long-term health through structured training and sustainable habits.
